Gareth Osborn

Hi, I’m Gareth. I’ve been working in recruitment since 2012, starting my career at a major London agency specialising in oil and gas, placing talent across the globe. After gaining valuable experience in the city, I joined a fast-growing agency in Kent, where I helped establish their permanent recruitment division, in a business that previously focused on temporary staffing. Over the years, I grew my desk while supporting the management of the entire division, eventually earning a promotion to Divisional Manager.

When that company went into administration in 2024, my long-time colleague Billy and I founded Integral Staff. We mainly work across facilities management, engineering, logistics, and manufacturing industries, whilst also supporting clients across other sectors. For me, recruitment is about human connections – matching the right people to the right roles and building relationships that last.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors – surfing, skiing, or enjoying countryside walks that end in a cosy pub. I play cricket and tennis, occasionally lose golf balls in the woods, and love spending time cooking. Recruitment isn’t just my job; it’s my passion. Helping people and businesses find the right fit in a genuinely human way is what drives me every day.

Billy French

Hi, I’m Billy, I’ve been working in recruitment since 2016. I started out my recruitment journey spending a year specialising in the recruitment of architecture and interior design staff. I quickly developed a keen interest for connecting talented professionals with businesses. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how to identify niche talent, manage complex client briefs, and deliver placements that fit both technically and culturally.
As my career evolved, I transitioned into the transport and logistics industry, broadening my expertise and becoming a well-rounded recruiter and began working alongside Gareth Osborn, who assisted me in developing my career managing various client accounts and expanding my knowledge of client management.

Over time, I’ve successfully recruited for everything from HGV drivers and transport staff to Operations Managers within facilities management and logistics businesses.

Outside of the office, you’ll often find me at the oche enjoying a competitive game of darts or on the padel court for a fast-paced match. I also value time with my family and getting out for walks with my Jack Russell, which helps me maintain a good balance alongside my professional commitments. That same focus and drive continue into my work, where I’m genuinely passionate about recruitment and helping people find roles they can enjoy and succeed in.
